Click New funding claim form. Set the department service ID and include attachments. The system has created AC1-0000001331 for SAH-FUND with NAPS ID 19463 — select it to open.

Create a new funding claim form

The form list shows all claim forms across the organisation. AC1-0000001331 at the bottom is your Support at Home form for 2026 — department service ID 19463, billing account SAH-FUND.
