Step 10 of 12 — Navigate to view the claim
Navigate to Care Services → Services Australia integration → Support at home → Claims to find the newly created claim record and check its status.
After submitting, the claim record is created in D365 and visible in the Support at home claims list. Navigate here to track progress.
