Where can I identify the installed version of the model

On the Navigation bar, select Help & support > About.
A list of installed models will be displayed on the Version tab. Scroll to DXC Aged Care. The version information will be displayed on the right (i.e. DXC Aged Care 10.0.46.202606172 (isv))

Can I use the standard Customer account statement?

Yes, the standard Dynamics 365 Customer account statement is still available. However, Care Services does not use it. Care Services has its own custom-built statements — the Care services billing statement and the Care services accommodation payment statement — each with its own parameters page and engine, designed for the way Care Services bills residents and clients. For Care Services customers, use the Care Services statements.

The two are very different reports: the standard statement is generic Dynamics 365 functionality, while the Care Services statements are purpose-built for aged care.

Known issue with the standard statement: After the Finance and Operations 10.0.49 (v49) upgrade, two problems have been reported with the standard Customer account statement:

1. Running the statement again with the same selection criteria does not display the report to screen (nothing happens).
2. Adding a selection, clearing it, then adding a selection again produces an error.

Resolution: This is a standard Microsoft issue, not a Care Services issue. Microsoft has logged it (issue 1176028) and advised that a fix is scheduled for release 10.0.50. The Care Services statements are custom-built and are not affected.
