Reports in other modules
Some reports used by Care Services sit in other Dynamics 365 modules rather than under Care services. They are listed here for convenience, with a link to each report’s page.
Care services customer ageing report
Navigate to: Credit and collections > Inquiries and reports > Customers > Care services customer ageing report
Generate the report for customer open balances grouped by ageing period, with Care Services filters for billing account type, billing codes and service codes.

Standard Microsoft reports
The following standard Dynamics 365 reports are also available in the Credit and collections module. They are standard Microsoft functionality, not part of the Care Services product, and are limited compared with the Care Services reports.

Note: The standard Customer account statement has a known Microsoft issue after the Finance and Operations 10.0.49 upgrade (see the FAQ). The Care Services statements are custom-built and are not affected.
