Customer

The EDI Customer module provides the ability to receive EDI communications from your customers and create, update or confirm D365 sales order, agreements or release orders.
The modules also provides the ability to send EDI communications to your customers, notifying them of acknowledgements or changes, shipments and invoices.

Vendor

The EDI Vendor module provides the ability to send EDI communications to your vendors for new and changes to existing D365 purchase orders.
The modules also provides the ability to receive EDI communication from your vendors to update, product receipt and/or invoice your D365 Purchase orders.

3PL

The EDI 3PL module provides the ability to send and receive EDI communications to your 3PL warehouse.
Ship from warehouse - send and receive picking list registration for Sales and Transfer orders.
Ship to warehouse - send and receive shipment advice for Purchase, Transfers, Return orders and Landed cost voyages.
Inventory adjustments - the 3PL can send inventory adjustments to adjust the on-hand stock for their warehouse in D365.
Master data - ability to send new / updates to existing products that are applicable to the 3PL warehouse.

Freight forwarder
Duration: 7 minutes
The Freight forwarder Landed cost module contains the following EDI communications for D365 companies to and from their Freight forwarder.
Outbound it contains the Voyage advice, which provides the ability to send applicable D365 purchase orders to the Freight forwarder.
Inbound, the Voyage creator document can be used to receive Shipment details from the Freight forwarder to create Landed cost Voyages. If the inbound document doesn’t utilise the complete Purchase order, setup on the Trading partner and Vendor will determine if a backorder Voyage advice is automatically sent to the Freight forwarder for the Purchase order remainder.
Inbound document Voyage tracking has the ability to update the created Finance and Operations Landed cost voyage tracking leg dates and notes.
